Day meetings

For meetings where only a part day or whole day is required we offer the rooms and services priced as taken. These are priced as follows:

Full day - room available for use until 5.30 pm

Half day - room available for use until 1pm or from 1 pm until 5.30


Food & refreshments: All prices are per person per serving

Any soft drinks and alcohol are charged at normal Hotel bar prices.


Conference Menus

The following conference menus are typically only available for Conferences of 8 people or more.

Parties of less than 8 people would need to discuss their requirements with us.

These menus are not exhaustive; please ask should you have something else in mind.

The hot/cold buffet is served within our Conservatory Restaurant.

By prior arrangement we are more than happy to cater for any delegate food allergies and intolerances.


24-Hour Delegate Rate (Dinner included - £220.00 per person)

This Rate includes the following and are inclusive of V.A.T @ 20%, where applicable.;

  • Single occupancy accommodation – if two people share a room it is still £220.00 per person
  • Dorset cooked breakfast
  • Two course dinner to the value of £20.00 per person
  • Room hire for one day (You will be provided with paper and pens, a flip chart and markers, multimedia projector and screen, sparkling mineral water, chilled tap water and mints)
  • Two x tea/coffee & biscuits
  • Working Lunch or you can upgrade to a hot/cold buffet for an extra £5.00 per person

Equipment Hire and Sundries

Included in both options we provide the following equipment free of charge:

  • Flipchart stand and pad with pens.
  • White Board Easel 4ft,
  • Laptop Projector
  • 5ft Screen

A larger range of Audio/Visual Equipment can be arranged and a quote can be provided on request.

Additional Services

  • Photocopying 30p per sheet
  • Telephone calls per unit 22p
  • Outgoing Faxes £1.00 for 1st Sheet 50p per sheet thereafter
  • Incoming Faxes 50p for 1st Sheet 30p per sheet thereafter
