Conference and Meetings prices

Option 1

Delegate rates are designed for a minimum of eight people and are an inclusive charge (see below for details) available for a day or a 24 hour stay.

Day Delegate Rate - £32.50 Per Person

(Minimum 8 people in the Library & minimum 15 people in the Garden Suite)  This rate includes the following: morning coffee and biscuits, two course hot and cold buffet afternoon tea and biscuits, hire of the meeting room equipped with paper and pen, OHP and screen, flipchart and markers, mineral water, cordials and mints.

24 Hour Delegate Rate - £122.00 Per Person

The rates include single occupancy accommodation, daily newspaper, full English breakfast, three course table d'hote dinner (up to the value of £20) and everything included in the day delegate rate above.

Option 2

For smaller meetings we offer the rooms and services priced as taken. These are priced as follows:

Full day - room available for use until 5.30 pm

Half day - room available for use until 1pm or from 1 pm until 5.30

Bacon Sandwiches: £5.00

Bistro Lunch (from Menu): As Taken

Equipment Hire and Sundries

Included in both options we provide the following equipment free of charge:

  • Flipchart stand and pad with pens.
  • White Board Easel 4ft,
  • Colour Television.
  • Overhead Projector
  • 5ft Screen
  • Video Player or DVD player.

A larger range of Audio/Visual Equipment can be arranged and a quote can be provided on request.

Additional Services

  • Photocopying 30p per sheet
  • Printing 20p per sheet
  • Outgoing Faxes £1.00 for 1st Sheet 50p per sheet thereafter
  • Incoming Faxes 50p for 1st Sheet 30p per sheet thereafter
