To confirm a booking, we require a £50.00 non-refundable deposit per room. Bookings of more than 3 nights will be charged in full for the first night. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be charged in full.
Booking conditions and payment
Please note that a reservation is a binding contract in law and you could be liable for the cost of the total nights stay. We recommend that guests insure themselves against the event of having to cancel.
We accept the following forms of payment – Cash, Switch, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal cheques to the value of an accompanying and valid cheque guarantee card.
Please request accommodation rates for the following periods: Bank Holiday, Christmas and New Year, Easter, Commemoration Week and Valentine’s Day.
We reserve the rights to change our tariff given at least 4 weeks written notice, prior to any change.
The Eastbury Hotel Dog Policy
Here at the Eastbury Hotel we pride ourselves on extending the highest standards of hospitality & comfort to all our guests, both two & four legged.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but there are a few rules for dogs (and their owners) to observe during your stay with us.
Most importantly, we want all of our guests and their dogs to enjoy their time with us, but we do kindly request that owners are considerate towards other guests whom may dislike dogs. We do ask that all dogs are leashed and are accompanied by their owners whilst in the hotel or grounds to help us ensure all our guest’s enjoyment.
HOW MANY - A maximum of two dogs per bedroom
CHARGES A supplement of £20.00 per dog per night. (this is to cover the cost of deep cleaning & doggy welcome pack)
WELCOME PACK –Your dog welcome pack includes, a copy of our doggy rules, suitable sized bed, 2 feeding bowls with water and treats, mat & toy.
BOOKINGS – Dogs will only be accepted on a pre-booked basis. We regret that guests who arrive without advance notification of bringing a dog may not be accepted, due to a lack of availability of dog-friendly rooms.
AT THE HOTEL - For health and safety reasons we do insist on a “Dogs on leads” rule. Dogs must be kept on their leads at all times whilst in the hotel and the grounds including the car park.
BEHAVIOUR - We politely ask that all dogs are kept off the beds and other furniture. We respectfully ask owners to control their dogs and ask that owners are mindful of other guests, some of whom may be frightened of dogs. Aggressive behaviour and/or excessive barking unfortunately cannot be tolerated.
MUDDY PAWS- We ask that owners bring a “doggy towel” and refrain from using hotel towels to wipe off muddy paws.
PUBLIC ROOMS- Dogs are welcome to walk through the hotel reception however we do not allow dogs in our Seasons restaurant, bar, library, morning room or drawing room however well-behaved dogs may join their owners if dining outside.
LEAVING DOGS ALONE? - Dogs may be left in the hotel rooms on their own for short periods of time as long as the owners remain on site and inform the receptionist on duty.
DOG FOOD – Whilst we provide a few doggy treats, owners should supply their own dog food for their pets.
TOILET ELIQUETTE- Owners are responsible for clearing up after their dogs whilst on the hotel grounds including the car park. Poop bags are available and there is a dedicated dog waste bin located in the garden.
DAMAGE- We understand that accidents can happen, but the hotel reserves the right to charge for damage, repair or replacements as required. Additional deep cleaning costs may also be incurred if necessary.
