At The Eastbury we will make sure your individual business needs are always catered for. We can offer you a venue for your conference, exhibition or training programme that is tailor made to suit your exact requirements. With broadband and audio visual equipment available in every room.
We have two conference rooms catering for between 2 and 80 delegates, and in addition there are a range of syndicate rooms available.
The Eastbury provides a stylish and professional location, offering light, peaceful and spacious rooms which are ideal for conferences and meetings. The two available rooms face south and overlook the beautiful acre of walled garden at the rear of the hotel.
With the hire of either of the meeting rooms, you will be provided with paper and pencils, flip chart and markers, mineral water and mints. overhead projector, a 5ft screen and a colour television are also available when required. By request, the hire of a larger range of audio equipment can be arranged. Secretarial services are also available if required.

Our largest meeting room in the hotel, situated adjacent to the resturant at the very back of the Hotel. It overlooks our Walled Garden and has a terraced area outside its double French doors, ideal for a breath of fresh air during your breaks. Accommodates up to 80 people with a choice of five layouts:

Our Library is ideal for smaller meetings of 10 or less people boardroom style. It is often used for interviews, training sessions, board meetings and private dinners. The Library is located at the front of the hotel, off the main reception but overlooks the garden to the rear. Above is the view from the Library window.
