Conference Tariffs

We operate two styles of tariff, one a Room Hire Rate, and the second, a Day Delegate Rate.

• Delegate rates are designed for a minimum of eight people and are an inclusive charge (see below for details) available for a day or a 24 hour stay.
• Room Hire Rates are based upon a charge for the meeting for a day, half day, OR MULTIPLES THEROF.
• All rates are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. BROADBAND is now available in both our meeting rooms and is available free of charge on request.

Day Delegate Rate - £32.00 Per Person

(Minimum 8 people in the Library & minimum 15 people in the Garden Suite)  This rate includes the following: morning coffee and biscuits, two course hot and cold buffet (see attached conference buffet menu) afternoon tea and biscuits, hire of the meeting room equipped with paper and pen, OHP and screen, flipchart and markers, mineral water, cordials and mints.

24 Hour Delegate Rate - £121.00 Per Person

The rates include single occupancy accommodation, daily newspaper, full English breakfast, three course table d'hote dinner and everything included in the day delegate rate above.

Bedrooms and public rooms may be used as syndicate or breakfast rooms for an extra charge.

Included in the room hire rates we do provide the following equipment hire free of charge:

• Flipchart Stand and Pad
• White Board Easel 4ft 
• Colour Television 
• Overhead Projector
• 5ft Screen
• Video Player

A larger range of Audio/Visual Equipment can be arranged and a quote can be provided on request.

Additional Services

• Photocopying 30p per sheet 
• Outgoing Faxes £1.00 for 1st Sheet 50p per sheet thereafter
• Incoming Faxes 50p for 1st Sheet 30p per sheet thereafter
