Our Head Chef and his team have created a multi-award-winning dining experience at the hotel’s Two AA Rosette restaurant. Success has been built around relationships with an abundance of dedicated local producers who share a passion for perfect ingredients. The kitchen don’t just pay lip-service to local producers; Louise and Luke at The Uncommon Pig rear pigs for The Eastbury and we grow herbs and salad crops in the garden there are even bees that produce honey for the morning toast!
