The Bistro...at The Eastbury

Enjoy dining in our beautiful garden, our Bistro menu is available at both Lunch and Dinner. Our Bistro menu is available throughout the year in our Conservatory Restaurant or when the weather is suitable on the al fresco patio under our heated canopy adjacent to the bar, blankets provided for those cooler evenings.

The menu changes with the seasons and is sourced where possible from local suppliers. Dishes such as Barrington asparagus, wild garlic leaf butter, poached Honeycombe pheasant egg and 2 bone rack and braised shoulder croquette of Dorset lamb, pea purée, mint pesto, red wine sauce, are both proving popular, to see the full menu click on the link below.
