Head Chef Brett Sutton and his team have created a multi-award-winning dining experience at the hotel’s Two AA Rosette restaurant. Success has been built around relationships with an abundance of dedicated local producers who share a passion for perfect ingredients. Brett and his chefs don’t just pay lip-service to local producers; Ted and Jane grow their veg, Mike rears pigs just for The Eastbury and Brett grows herbs and salad crops and keeps bees that produce honey for the morning toast!
