The Menu 

Each week we are finding more local suppliers able to provide us with the quality and variety of produce that we would like to serve for you. So much so that we can now say that close to 85% of everything you will find on the menu comes from our partners in the South West a region rich with the finest produce you can buy. For example, the meat and game come from Genesis farmers (a consortium of local farmers), the vegetables and fruit are from Rosewells in Somerset and the cheese is from the West Country. We've even started to grow our own vegetables in the garden which we are able to incorporate into the menus. Below you will find listed some local suppliers that we are proud to be working with.

We will endeavour to cater for any special dietary needs, please make your requirements known to the Front of House team.

The dishes you will experience have been composed to incorporate balanced garnishes, but for those with the heartier appetite, additional vegetables and potatoes may be ordered.

We have an extensive wine list offering wines from around the world, the wines on our list have all been selected with quality and individuality in mind. In warm weather guests may choose to eat on the patio or in the garden.
