Our Garden
After our planting in spring we are now seeing some of the benefits coming through which we are using in this current menu. Every day we pick Mint, Rosemary, Sage, Chives & Dill to name but a few herbs for this menu, also we are picking Elderflowers for our own Gin & Tonic Jelly desserts and White, Golden &Ruby Radishes for the Mackerel dish. Pea Tops are coming through every day & lots & lots of Edible Flowers, we hope to see our Tri Coloured Carrots, Beetroot & Tomatoes soon as well.
